By accessing or using Gesta (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Gesta provides informational trade decision-support materials. The scope and features of the Service may change over time without notice.

The Service is for general informational use only and is not a substitute for professional advice. Trade rules, tariffs, regulations, and market conditions change frequently and can be interpreted differently by authorities.

Materials provided by the Service should not be treated as a final basis for shipment, classification, pricing, compliance, or commercial decisions. Always verify with qualified professional advisers and official sources before acting.

We do not warrant that any information is complete, current, or suitable for any particular decision. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

Paid plans, where offered, are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices may be updated with reasonable advance notice; changes do not apply retroactively to active billing periods.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account. You retain access to paid features through the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to facilitate illegal trade, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service at scale.
• Share account credentials or resell access without our written consent.
• Submit content designed to manipulate, mislead, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

The Service, including its software and design, is owned by Gesta. Your use grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of any data you provide.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gesta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or, if no payment was made, the lesser of any applicable statutory minimum.

You agree to indemnify Gesta against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gesta is established. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by local law.
